The Basic Life Support (BLS) Initial/Renewal course is a class designed for healthcare professionals. It is created to help both certified or non-certified and licensed or non-licensed healthcare workers recognize life-threatening emergencies and provide CPR for adults, children, and infants. The course also goes over the use of an AED and how to relieve choking. This is an instructor led course averaging 3.5 hours with a required skills test that focuses on individual and teamwork skills. Renewal is necessary every 2 years.

The course is intended to teach individuals when to contact 911, how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, how to use an AED, first aid skills, and how to relieve choking. We offer blended options for both the BLS Initial/Renewal course and the CPR/AED/First Aid course. Upon signing up for these courses, a link to an online course module will be sent out. Upon completion, you will receive a Certifi

We offer blended options for both the BLS Initial/Renewal course and the CPR/AED/First Aid course. Upon signing up for these courses, a link to an online course module will be sent out. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. You will then have to attend an in-person skills test in which you bring in your Certificate of Completion as proof of completing the online portion of the class.
